From September 2016 through May 2020, I worked in Cisco’s R&D organization as the first UX designer and prototyper on the Healthcare Innovation Team. The team worked with partners and product teams across Cisco to find human-centered product opportunities in healthcare. Projects ranged from proof-of-concept to pilot with the goal of articulating a clear product vision.

During my time on the team, I focused on transforming foundational research into tangible and actionable product concepts to inform the future strategy for some of Cisco's biggest bets. Due to the highly confidential nature of research and development, I'm only able to showcase a limited set of projects.

Across projects, I exercised a human-centered, iterative approach with a bias toward doing and a habit of testing. I participated in the broader designer community at Cisco and served on the leadership team that launched a company wide design initiative.
