Hello! I'm Michael.
I’m a user experience designer who cares deeply about creating technology and experiences that are meaningful to people. While I’m currently tackling design challenges at Amazon RDS (part of AWS), I previously have had the privilege of working in R&D at Cisco, as well as freelancing for a variety of clients.
Coming from a background in engineering, I practice design with a fervor that goes beyond the bounds of a job. Over the course of my career, I’ve carried that excitement into projects, while gaining experience in a broad spectrum of skills, from qualitative research to interaction design. By working on problems in diverse domains, I’ve cultivated an ability to see opportunities and connections that are seldom obvious.
